The MSGP is regulated by state and local environmental agencies, and requires the creation and maintenance of a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWP3). Minimum requirements include:

The MSGP governs industrial stormwater discharges from 30 specific industrial sectors based on SIC codes, designated industrial activities, or the requirement to comply with numeric effluent limits. REFERRAL PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
