Environmental Services

MSGP Renewal and SWP3 Updates

  • 2026 MSGP Renewal (NOI):  The 2026 MSGP renewal application will be prepared, filled out, and submitted during the renewal Window of August 14 – November 12, 2026. Includes site review, as necessary.
  • SWP3 Plan Development: Creation and overhaul of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan to meet the new 2026 permit standards. Includes updated drainage site maps, pollutant source inventories, and sector-specific BMPs.
  • Notice of Change (NOC) / Core Data Form: Administrative updates to existing permits for changes in facility name, ownership, or operational footprint.

Site Assessments

  • Routine and Comprehensive Site Evaluations: Conduct mandatory industry specific site evaluations. Includes detailed reporting and prioritized corrective actions. 
  • Non-Stormwater Evaluations: Full site inspection, review and documentation within 180 days of NOI approval.
  • No Exposure Certifications: Professional assessment of loading/unloading areas, waste management, and outdoor storage. NEC Expires on August 14, 2026. Renewal certification is required.
  • Construction Stormwater Inspections: Weekly or post-rain-event inspections, evaluations and reporting.

Training - Regulatory and Management

  • Annual MSGP Training: Mandatory employee training covering spill response, good housekeeping, and material management (as required by Part III, Section A). 
  • Employee Education (MSGP): Provide training materials on pollution prevention and the SWP3 for employees that do not participate in the employee training program.
  • ISO Awareness Training: Create foundations for staff on Environmental (14001) and Safety (45001) policies, significant aspects, and their individual roles in system compliance.
  • ISO Internal Audit Mentoring: Guidance for your internal team on how to conduct effective site checks and document findings for your annual ISO review.
  • ISO Custom Safety Orientations: Hazard recognition and safety protocols tailored to heavy industrial operations.

Audit Defense and Regulatory Support

  • Audit Response: On-site or phone-based support during TCEQ, EPA, or municipal inspections. Manage auditor inquiries and ensure technical accuracy.
  • Violation Response: We draft professional technical responses and coordinate corrective actions to resolve non-compliance issues.
  • Regulatory Consulting: Strategic guidance on permit interpretation, benchmark exceedances, and ongoing compliance obligations to prevent future enforcement actions.

Analytical Samples

  • Benchmark and Numeric Effluent limit sampling: Provide all equipment for Semi-annual samples, Analyze & provide sample results, Create and maintain Sample Summary, and submit annual NetDMR Reports.
  • Hazardous Metals and Pollutant of Concern: Provide all equipment for Annual samples, Analyze & provide sample results, and submit annual NetDMR Reports.


ISO Management Systems

  • ISO 14001 (Environmental): Development of robust Environmental Management Systems (EMS) to minimize ecological footprint, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • ISO 45001 (Health & Safety): Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety frameworks designed to reduce workplace risk, prevent injuries, and foster a proactive safety culture.
  • Gap Analysis & Internal Audits: Specialized readiness assessments to identify non-conformities and prepare your facility for third-party certification audits.

Construction Stormwater Services

  • TPDES Construction Permitting: Prepare and submit authorizations (TXR150000) for projects disturbing 1+ acres of soil.
  • Construction SWP3: Development of site-specific Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans including erosion and sediment control (ESC) design, BMP installation schedules, and required site notice postings.
  • Compliance Inspections: Conduct routine site inspections and reporting  to ensure proper BMP maintenance and sediment controls throughout the project lifecycle

Other Services

  • Tier II Reporting: Annual inventory of hazardous chemicals stored at or above state thresholds. Includes full STEERS submission to TCEQ and mandatory notification to local fire departments and LEPCs. Note: Annual deadline is March 1.
  • SPCC Plans: Development and 5-year reviews of Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans for facilities with >1,320 gallons of oil/fuel storage. Includes site-specific discharge prevention and response protocols.
